I had great service, right from the start (all over the phone and by email!) with excellent responses, great service, and helpfulness. Even when our contractor miscalculated total SF, AA Floors was forgiving and took the extra back with a credit to our account.

The assessment for this job was done in the summer and resulted in a very prompt and professional list of options and costs, nicely and clearly explained. Due to scheduling issues on our side and theirs, there was some delay in finally setting a date but once that was done they were very efficient in their work. I can already feel the difference in the house temperature!

Plumbing assessment and repair (basement)
My plumber was courteous, clean (he removed and put on his shoe covers a hundred times, each time he went out!), humorous, instructive (I learned a lot!), honest (I love that!), efficient, and to my eye, thorough. I feel much better having had my annual service inspection and having a much-needed repair that prevented a frozen pipe and flooding this winter! Thank you Kyle!

Pedro and Sylvio responded promptly and helpfully right from the start (unlike some other companies whose estimates I was researching who either didn't call back at all or took days to do so!) and quickly met with me to review the job (on site) and then order the paint and flooring. It was great that they took over all the details (no running back and forth to a hardware/paint store!) and, in fact, did the job while we were away on vacation so that when we arrived home we had a new bedroom!
