Mehmet recently installed a Rinnai tankless water heater in my house. His proficiency in plumbing, gas fitting and venting all came together seamlessly. His eye for detail and experience led him to questioned the capacity of the existing gas supply, so he referred to a gas manual and did some calculations to confirm that there would not be sufficient gas to run all of the appliances at the same time. Mehmet arranged for Fortis Gas to install a higher capacity meter and regulator on the same day as the tankless installation to minimize interruption. In addition, he noticed that there was no pressure regulator on my water service, tested the pressure which turned out to be 50% higher than recommended, and installed a pressure regulator to protect my appliances and the new water heater. Mehmet also arranged for the City of Vancouver inspection, and all is good. Now thats full service!

The Reno King did a complete floor to ceiling remodel of our kitchen and a partial of the dining and living room. This involved the removal of a dining room wall and the extension of the kitchen cabinetry all the way to the living room and refacing the fireplace with the same marble used in the kitchen. The results are amazing, I can see the mountains to the back from anywhere in the front of the house yet the whole space still looks cohesive, not just a portal to another era. The marble installation was perfectly true and level and the exposed edges were carefully polished. The cabinetry and millwork exceeded my expectations, with the richness and detail of a custom home. A kitchen window was inadvertently damaged by the granite installers, Davyn took immediate responsibility and had the window professionally replaced by the original manufacturer, without requiring any effort from myself. Now that is Making It Right! I would not hesitate to call Davyn for our next project.
