I called Jason at AireOne due to my Carrier system wasn't working. The system is just 2 years new....the technician came out and immediately discovered that a wire coming from the condenser fan was shorting out against the little hole that it was going through on its way to the inverter board. He ordered a new board and condenser fan motor. It is my opinion that Carrier should have shielded these 3 wires with a conduit or shrink wrap as over time with the compressor running and all the vibration that it was inevitable that the condenser case would have worn through the wire sheathing. All good now....things happen so we all learn and improve the way we assemble things.....Thanks again everyone.

Before my chimney fell and killed someone in my family I asked Chris of Metro Chimney to come to the house and have a look. He arrived as arranged and told me exactly what needs to be done, how long it will take and the cost. Several others also were contacted but no response. Chris arrived in the morning that we arranged with his son Mitch and began the dismantling of the existing chimney and began what seemed to be an easy job. To my surprise the care he took in preparing for the job was extraordinary. Drop sheet and scaffolding was set up all around protecting the site. He and his son took care and with extreme skill erected a new chimney in 2 days as promised. They were able to match the existing brick 100%. They found a few things that also needed attention but No extra cost for this. The job is beautiful and we are extremely happy with the out come.

I recently purchased a commercial medical building that required updating with respects to the electrical service. The tenants are doctors that have very expensive medical equipment that require highly complicated, insulated and filtered power with room for expansion. I had no idea about electricity and how complicated it could be. I talked to my engineer that was contracted for the renovation and suggested I call on 5 electrical contractors to review the needs of my tenants and come up with a solution. Well this is where the men were separated form boys in no time. The first 3 had nice trucks, fancy uniforms but had NO idea how to tackle project. The fourth wanted 2 months to study the equipment and inquire with the manufactures of the medical equipment as to how to proceed. Now for Croatian Electric and David Yelavich. This gentleman came to the building and within minutes recognised the equipment (X-Ray, ultrasound, and CAT Scan Machines) as if they were old frinds. It was such a relief to me as my choice of electrician puts me responsible for this entire collection of Radiology Equipment. David without hesitation told me exactly what I would require and came up with a calculation of what is needed for a safe and secure service for this expensive equipment. Without delay I signed him up and couldn't be happier. The doctors are happy and the equipment is operating flawlessly. David also came around a few days later without any request from me and personally visited with each doctor to confirm all is well with the equipment. If anyone needs further details of my dilemma and David's work please contact me directly at 416-529-4567 Len Miliaris.
