Mr. Fischer owned and did work on a house we purchased. He stated in the disclosure form that there was air conditioning present in every room. We came to find out that this wasn't true. Additionally, when we moved in, we found the condensation pipe in the attic was split in two and was leaking in the attic and into the garage. Additionally, Mr. Fischer stated in the disclosure form that there was no water infiltration or mold at the property, but we took on water 8-9 times in the first 30-40 days living there and the neighbors stated that mold was removed from the house while Mr. Fischer owned it.
