Oh my god, where do I begin. Avoid this company! Especially the "professional" called Alex. He (surprise surprise) makes promises he cannot keep, he comes in for like 3 hours and gets maybe half an hr of work done. Hes always blasting his stupid music, works without a shirt (even on cold days), and gets people who never had experience working on stairs before, and gets them to do it without giving them proper instructions, however, the new guys do a better job than him. He also never comes back unless he takes most of your money. I have had it with this guy! Avoid Him! We welcomed him and trusted him to do a good job, and he betrayed that trust, don't make the same mistake we did and hire this dude. I also should thank Alex at the same time, because thanks to him, I'll be sure to check out recommendations and reviews before blindly hiring someone, who clearly does a fantastic job (sarcasm). Oh and by the way, its been almost a month and the stairs still aren't done. Thanks Alex. Thank you for taking most of our money (we actually worked for by the way) and then leaving our house to shambles.
