We have all heard talk of it , I experienced it. A good talk , sub par hack "contractor?" lacking experience , honesty and common sense that got in way over his head and left behind what is only to be described as an expensive lesson learned complete tear down . I wouldn't recommend you to mow a lawn ! Thanks for the expensive lesson Greg . ( some really sad pics available on request)
