Paul, Alex and the Crew were professional and very skilled at what they do. They also kept the site very clean at the end of each work day. We are happy with the workmanship and would highly recommend to anyone.
Our recommendation is to avoid Retreats Inc owned by Greg. We have been through several small and large renovation projects and our bathroom renovation with Retreats Inc was the worst project we have experienced. Key issues included flooding of main floor ceiling (during plumbing installation in bathroom), valves in shower were not installed correctly which required demolition of bedroom wall behind shower to fix, hot and cold water feeds reversed in all sink/ tub taps, damage in 3 rooms outside of the bathroom and missing the final completion date deadline by 9 days as multiple visits by several trades were required to correct issues. Requested compensation by home owners due to issues was declined. To quote an email from Greg “There is no clause in the contract regarding financial adjustments based on the level of diversity that a project experiences”. We were fooled by his sales pitch/ claim to “deliver a superior home renovation experience” and want to warn others about making the same mistake.
