D & L in New Westminster

In 2007 we undertook a very major renovation to our older home in New Westminster.  We would like to express our satisfaction with the work undertaken by John and his trades.  The project consisted of a ground floor addition with full basement, major interior changes including two new bathrooms and a complete kitchen renovation.   There were major improvements to the plumbing heating and electrical systems.   We also had John open up the roof in order to add some space on the second floor.  This was a particularly complicating factor.  The exterior siding and windows were also brought completely up to date with Hardi Composite Siding. John consulted with us on all phases of the design from structural issues to layout to kitchen cabinets, to windows, to colors.  We are very happy with the use of the ICF technology used for the foundation.  We are very pleased with the kitchen design as well.  We are very pleased with the level of craftsmanship of the trades.  We are also very satisfied with the quality of materials provided in the job.   We found John and his crew to be at all times courteous, professional and good humored.  We lived in the house throughout the work and it was rewarding to work with a group who were consistently polite and thoughtful of our family’s well being. We would highly recommend John as a renovation contractor.
