Although the pillows are among the lowest priced items in your store, I was treated as if I had placed a very expensive order. He kept me informed as to when I could expect delivery, and when the pillows were different than what I had understood them to be, he special-ordered others. I spoke with him on the phone on more than one occasion, and we exchanged several e-mails. In every instance he was friendly, polite and very helpful. I can't ever remember receiving this kind of personal service, especially for such a small order. It was a pleasant surprise, and was greatly appreciated. I will certainly give this information to anyone I know who is looking to purchase high quality, organic products such as you sell, and I will always check your inventory first when I need bedding or towels in the future.
