I've called them to fix my furnace that has shut down all of a sudden. The owner who usually answers the phone told me to wait for her call. The without calling me she dispatched the crews on my door step! Then the first technician had no clue about fixing the furnace and told me to read the instruction on our furnace door!! He called for help and the next guy came and in front of my eyes has turned the on/off valve from ON to OFF! And that was it!! I was so surprised how I have missed that on/off bottom! They charged me $340!! When I've called and complained the lady said she is the owner and she said they charge $160 for a dispatch regardless and the rest is the cost of repair!! I would never recommend them to anyone! So unprofessional and not customer focused.
