Josie of Hollywood Floors, never came through with what she had promised. We hired them to install our hardwood floors and stairs. My husband and I were promised things that never were followed through on. The start day of the job never happened. Josie called us an hour and a half late the morning that the job was suppose to start and told us that she needed more money before she could start the job. We have already paid her $2500 in cash which was more than 50% of the whole job. It took over two weeks to have our hardwood floors delivered from the said date and she failed to show up with any workers that would unload the wood. I was six months pregnant at the time and she just stood there watching me trying to lift my wood out of the truck claiming that she had a broken hand. I called my father to help and she swore and screamed at him on my front lawn threatening to call the police and her lawyer because he was defending his pregnant daughter. She is incompetent as a business owner that gives you the constant run around. You will be willing to lose money just to have her out of your lives (she has 400$ of our cash that we will never see for the stairs). Save yourselves and NEVER hire this company no matter how enticing her prices are. You will never get what you were promised.
