My husband and I have been extremely disappointed with the lack of service work, extension of timelines for pre-possession warranty work (completed 5 months late), change-over in staff and having to start over with each one. The company has a lot of lip service to do with property management, effectiveness with maintaining property values and community aesthetics through the enforcement of the by-laws they put in place and asked all owners to sign off on. We have found numerous issues in our home, cut corners and this company has sent people in our home who have threatened to bull doze our furniture as well as flipped us the bird. We have filled out surveys, called, emailed and requested assistance for months and we are still asking the company we gave $300,000 to care about the needs of the future, city codes and public safety. We agreed to abide by all these rules, that no one enforces. I would not buy from these folks again, very inappropriate management, conflict resolution is non existant and they are in breach of contract to what we believed we were buying and the community we would be living in.
