We ordered 6 smooth interior doors. They sent rough ones, so it took longer than promised. Got them home, painted them, but they did not close. They had been incorrectly milled. They told me to take one back, then showed no interest in reworking it. Jim had a guy give me some information, but then left me to it. Jim gave us fixed pin hinges, which were different to the original. Quite frustrated, and wishing we could get a discount, as we now need a carpenter to make them fit.
