I hired YBS for a full basement reno. After talking and meeting with numerous contractors, Yehuda seems the most genuine and trustworthy. Even after his quote wasn't the lowest, I approached him and said that I would prefer to work with him. We looked over the project again and he adjusted his price. When work begun, Yehuda and his team were always on time. They spared no materials and did quality work. Yehuda did not once nickle and dime me and even did some extras for no charge! When work had to be stopped for 2 weeks, due my scheduling conflicts, Yehuda worked with me to determine when would be the best time to restart and did not drop the project; even though he was already paid for most of the work. Yehuda was quick to address anything that I found to be non-satisfactory and was extremely patient with me when I delayed construction due to not being able to find some of the items I wanted installed. TIP: make sure you have your vanity, shower doors, tiles, etc picked in advance as to not make the contractor wait. Yehuda gladly picked all items up when they were chosen! One of the most honest and hardworking contractors I've ever dealt with!

It is rare that you get a knowledgeable and intelligent contractor and these guys are it! The work was done perfectly and on time. They installed pot lights, shower lights, a few fixtures and several large appliances. Clean and tidy. Scheduling was never an issue and the work ethic displayed left nothing to be desired. Even after the job was done and they were paid, I could still seek guidance on some of the items I wanted to tackle myself - very approachable! These guys are on my speed dial for all future projects and I've already recommended them to a few of my friends.
