Very positive experience working with 310Reno. Project completed per quote (no "extras") and within time frame promised. Designer a huge help. Made choice of materials and colours easy. We went with all of her suggestions including tile, vanity, counter top and paint and it looks great. Workmanship was good quality and cleaned up daily. Quick turnaround on install of countertop and shower door once measured. Called by management on completion to ensure we were fully satisfied with work done. A definite "Yes".

Our sales rep Alex was personable and able to answer any questions. We felt the price he quoted was reasonable. Installation was weeks earlier than what we expected which was great. The installer worked non-stop for 11 hours including site clean up. From what we can tell the job was flawless and we are happy with quality and appearance of our new windows.

Geoff Aucoin was very helpful and professional from the first meeting through design and material selection. He also assisted in recommending another contractor to do steps and retaining wall around the deck who co-ordinated well with the deck install. The crew of Fred and Mitch were friendly and skilled at their jobs. We made some changes as the installation progressed and this did not seem to be a problem. The job was finished within the time frame we expected. Good experience overall and we look forward to not having to paint a deck every summer.
