This review is meant for a carpet cleaning service rendered in Calgary. I have booked and paid 2 weeks ago for carpet cleaning. Back then, I asked the lady if they can do weekends and she confidently said yes. Hence, I asked if Sunday morning was fine. She said it's fine just that she cannot guarantee a specific time. With this, I have made my schedule free all morning on Sunday. I called at 11:30 am on the day of the schedule as nobody hasn't come in yet, only to find out they didn't know about the it (despite the date clearly indicate on the receipt and scheduling the cleaning two weeks in advance). The owner who answered the phone was so condescending and unprofessional and wasn't even apologetic for the inconvenience of the customer having to reschedule her personal plans to make way for the rescheduling. He asked his cleaner to call me who was requesting to do it on a Monday which was not possible as I needed it done prior to my guests arriving on Monday. Owner called after the cleaner asking if I am ok Monday and I said no. Cleaner called again and asked if I can do Sunday later afternoon and I said no, it has to be asap as I had things planned that day. Owner called right after asking if I can do right away and I said that's what I wanted and not later afternoon as his cleaner was asking for. Owner condescendingly asked me if I want asap or late afternoon, as if I was the one proposing all those times. Obviously both the owner and cleaner weren't connected. Will never recommend this company at all.
