They installed an A/C unit correctly except for an outflow pipe that collects the condensation. The joint was poorly sealed and leaked water onto the basement floor. The service department was unreliable in returning phone calls, the service department manager unpleasant when I stated that waiting from Friday to the following Tuesday evening was unacceptable. He also has scheduled the original technician who screwed up the job to do the repair! Very disappointed.
