Wow. TERRIBLE. Do not use this company. They are a cabinet company that does not know how to build a cabinet. From the start they were unable to answer simple questions. Availability. Price. Once we finally moved forward with the job the price was increased and they demanded full payment up front. What a mistake. Then the box sizes changed. The cabinets were going to be available tuesday, no thursday, no next week. Then when we came to pick them up they still weren't ready. We needed to have 4 additional trips just to get the product. Then the product - pictures say it all. Boxes didn't line up. No joint was tight. terrible edge banding. Glue was EVERYWHERE! One door didn't fit so they cut it down on one side only leaving the panel completely off center and ridiculous looking (see pic). All the hinges had to be redrilled. The carcasses were a complete mess too. The crown moulding fell apart as soon as you cut it. On and On. When we asked them to repair some of the items, after bending many arms and basically telling them how to complete it, the timeline went from days to weeks. and still came back wrong. When I had it with dealing with the sales people and the shop people I requested to speak with the manager. She was completely indifferent with the issues. No response. Not even a sorry. I was trying to use a cost effective product for my clients that still had quality from a company that had integrity. What a mistake. Contractors or DIY'ers, learn from my mistake and stay away. It wall cost you Time, Money and Credibility.
