The entire process went through without a glitch. The phone calls, the measureing the home and evaluation of what would be required was on the spot. I felt confident that Derek made the assessment about what would be required by physically coming to measure and visualize the objects and take inventory at the house. Two very competent movers did the wrapping and moving carefully nd efficiently. Brought me a coffee on the way. Gathered some boxes at another location then to the house. They were careful and unhurried. Move furniture around upon arrival at the new Condo, helped us place things did a great clean up job and checking in with me.

I have used Coit for Many 20 year roughly. The previous work included drapes, carpets etc. in house and was typically well done. In 2014 I had them take a large handmade cotton looped and braided carpet. The dog had peed on this carpet and we had cleaned it with home cleaners. I decided to do it with Coit professionally so as to preserve this special rug properly. In small print they said no guarantee to remove pet odour or stain. Spent the money kept it rolled up in the bag and stored. Upon opening it a year later, the dog utine was so strong and concentrated in the rug and plastic bag! I was not told I should remove it. I had another rug units place and ready to switch it out. I'll never use Coit again! They offered me a $50 coupon toward service! Sorry that was it guard teed they said. So if you want your rugs clean don't use Coit!!
