WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Doesn't even deserve one star. After playing phone tag for a week, I was finally able to make an appointment to clean my home before a large family party. I scheduled for 7:30 am and provided all my information. I was truly relying on this service as I was 33 weeks pregnant and cleaning bathrooms was becoming almost impossible! I booked a day off from work so I could be home and meet the maids. That day, 7:30 came and went... I attempted to contact the company. No answer. At 8:30 I received a TEXT that the maids could not find my address. Then I received a call at 9:30 from the maid service. I was told they had forgotten to WRITE DOWN MY ADDRESS AND NUMBER! I'm not an expert at running a maid service, but I feel like this would be very crucial information. So hours before a party, at 33 weeks pregnant, I was on the floor cleaning toilets. There are not enough swear words to capture how I feel about this company.
