Ryan provided a quote to replace shingles and flashing where possible to our home. Work was carried out in reasonable timeline. After a couple of months while installing the Christmas lights along the eves last year, a couple months after the installation, I noticed the first row of shingles are placed almost over the edge of our 5 inch eavestrough. I called Ryan with my concern, but didn't get a response. If the first row of shingles is placed too close to the outer edge of the eavestrough, the rain, ice and snow will simply run off the roof, and not in the eaves as it is meant to?
