After much confusion with a maintenance check on the hot water on demand system, the heater and a/c units, the issue was finally resolved. I needed to have all the units properly functioning prior to the sale of the home. Shawn from A1 came back and resolved the issue with no extra charges. I had an extremely hard time dealing with Janet, the rep in the service department. She was very rude and difficult and tried to charge me more for the second visit. Shawn, the rep that visited twice, was much more helpful and explained everything in greater detail and offered to provide further paperwork if necessary. He was very polite and was genuinely interested in helping me make sure everything was working properly (and provide proper documentation) for all the units. Thank you Shawn for attending to this confusing and stressful situation.

Experienced extremely low water pressure in the kitchen sink faucet. I called Public Plumbing and told them the problem. They gave me a quote over the phone and booked an appointment for the same week. (It was not an emergency). Vladimir was very friendly, and professional. He told me what he was doing throughout, even the trouble-shooting. He replaced a part and the problem was fixed. It took him less than 20 minutes. He charged me exactly the original quote over the phone. The faucet in the kitchen is now in perfect working condition. Thanks Public Plumbing!

John and his team are very professional, highly skilled electricians. The electricians are polite, friendly, and clean cut guys. They clean-up after every job. Everything is done the right way, no cutting corners. John and his guys have helped with a few of my projects, rewiring a whole residential house, some electrical work in a downtown commercial office building, installing and replacing light fixtures in my home, and repairing poor wiring done by previous owners (lights flickering!) everything is always done to code, and in a timely manner.

Joe and John have helped me with a couple of moves in the past few years. They have helped move homes, internal moves, prepping home for sale, etc. you name it! As people, John and Joe are a couple of polite, friendly, nice guys. As professional movers, they are are always very professional, fast, careful and helpful. They are extremely efficient and the service remains consistent. One word of advice - Tome guys usually show up early. If you're ready about an hour or half hour before the scheduled time, you'll be way ahead of schedule. Makes for an even better moving day! I will continue to use and recommend Tome for all moving needs.

We wanted to put our townhouse on the market quickly and Mike went above and beyond in helping us get the place sale ready. I had received a quote from Mike a few months back and delayed the painting in the house, despite the fact that it was in desperate need of repainting top to bottom. When I called Painter Mike with the urgent request for help, he was able to make it work. Mike took ownership of the job right away, made excellent recommendations, fixed flaws, trims, etc and made the place look amazing. He takes pride in his work and it really shows. Highly recommend!
