Terrible experience, Artistic still owe me the refund for a good six months already, mine ia a brand new house with their service for making the suction vent underneat the island, however they did not install it and promise to get me back the refund, I tried to contact them by emails and calls to Frank, who was the guy handling my case but he passed the ball to the receptionist, its about six months but no cheque no refund and no response at all, very frustrated to deal with them, please stay away with this company for your own good.
