Needed wiring for a new hot tub and Roberts team made it happen. The guys showed up on time and did a great job, we are now enjoying our hot tub. Also had pot lights and a fan put in which look great. Whenever I would call or email Robert I would always get a reply almost immediately, I really like that a lot, it's so hard to find good service like that. Thanks again Robert and Paul !

Bought a new hottub motor after 8 months seal starting leaking, had Poseidon change seal under warranty now pump is so loud and Poseidon blamed me for letting it leak and not calling right away and refuses to try and get me a new pump or try and get me warrnty work from Hayward Pumps. He said the chemicals in the hottub corroded the seal and the warranty is now voided. I paid One Thousand dollars for this new pump and it is supposed to have a one year warranty. I would not reccomend this company to anyone. I was very disappointed with his service I really thought he would of helped me out but he never even answered my e-mails. I was never properly informed of how to take care of the pump and was left no owners manual only the invoice!

It's amazing how only half a story can spoil a spotless 37 year reputation. Now let's hear the true story....I installed a new hot tub motor for this lady which carried a 1 year guarantee. Approximately 8 months later I receive a call from her that the pump seal was leaking and indeed had been leaking for "2 months"
and she has just now taken the time to inform me. You got to keep in mind this is a heavy duty hot tub motor that pushes water through the system at 60 gallon per minute. That means for 2 months hot corrosive water was getting past the seal into the new motor. I explained to her that my supplier would not warranty the motor because she hadn't reported the leak at the time it occurred. I went back and did what I could "free a charge" but there was too much damage to the new motor. The best I could do was offer her a replacement motor at cost, which she refused. Imagine my shock when I first came across this review. All I can do is tell the truth, and to prove my side of the story I have a MP3 recording I took from my answering machine with this lady saying she had let this problem go on for over two months before giving me a call. Anyone wishing a copy of this recording, just give me a call. 604-574-1669 and I will happily email it to you.

Cascade had good customer service, they were fast and efficient with the install. They left the house clean, and the installers were professional. The sales staff was great, there was no pressure to buy.
