Workers proved they didn't know what they were doing, I needed to constantely supervise them to do things right, they produced damages to the property which they didn't fix, they produced a mess around the area they worked on.

Totally unreliable. They don't show when they're supposed to. I had to call a number of times and the sales rep did not show up, he totally forgot about appointment. I even gave him a last chance to make it up and he did not keep his promise.
