Based on a recommendation from a friend, we hired Peter and his sons to do all of the electrical in our basement. This included rough in, pot lights, ethernet, cable, bathroom fixtures, overhead projector outlet and HDMI cable, and dimmers. While Peter is more expensive than other quotes we received, we were really pleased with his work. The extra money was worth the peace of mind that we received. Peter was great at offering intelligent suggestions; you can tell he's been in business for a long time (over 30 years I believe).
