Our nine year old Rinnai tankless hot water heater had been blaring like a jet engine for years. We tried flushing it once a year with vinegar hoping against hope that it would fix the problem. It never did. We called Tracey at Hoerner Plumbing and she had Derek and Cameron out to see what they could do. Years ago, we’d had another outfit look at it, but they could do nothing for us, so I was sceptical. So I was astounded that Derek was able to have it purring like a kitten within the hour. Kudos to Hoerner Plumbing!

This review is amazing in illustrating some of the bizarre issues we address on older systems. Diagnosing a system is very unique to each house. It is specialized so it is wonderful how well you have described the situation of your tankless Rinnai domestic tankless system problem. If installing a complete new tankless with new piping etc. and there is space and access it can be mostly straight forward. However diagnosing older systems from house to house are very unique depending on what occurs during the life of the heating and/or domestic hot water system. Hoerner strives to address the whole system and offers options to the client ways to try to provide a seamless operating system.
