After the crazy storm last weekend, we had gable aluminum flashing flapping in the wind 3 stories high! Dario quickly came to the rescue within 24 hours of my first phone call. With perfect timing, he affordably re-attached, reinforced, and caulked the damaged roof rake flashing pieces just before rain began sprinkling. Dario also identified the points of likely water ingress above our bay window which caused damage to our plaster living room ceiling last winter, and kindly gave us a referral to an aluminum siding/flashing professional colleague.

Vitaly was quick to come over and give me an estimate, which was the lowest of four. He took the time to clearly explain everything to me, answer my questions, and include me in the decision-making process (re: where pipes would run and holes dug). Vitaly also scheduled me in quickly. His team of Walters worked very hard all day into the evening until the work was complete with everything working properly. Master Drain definitely earned my confidence in their good work!

Master electrician Ken Lam submitted the lowest estimate I received out of three total. He is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced, as well as a creative thinker when problem solving. I was pleased to find Ken on-site much of the time. The work was completed within the short time he predicted; His underlings are definitely speedy workers, but not quite as detail-oriented as he is. Ken is quick to follow up on all subsequent concerns long after the initial work is done, which is always much appreciated.
