Not too far back, I needed to hire a cleaning service company to clean up a stores interior when all the work was competed. Upon the contractors finishing their work the service techs came in and took over the cleaning and service aspect of what my company was incharge of completing. When my work was finished they made the job completion easy and worry free. To me this is VERY important, because how I leave a job site is a major contributing factor in me getting yet another job from the chain stores main office.

What could this company do to improve their services?
Nothing really, I realize all sub-contractors and service people nedd a certain amount of lead time and this company was right on time.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
Have your place ready to go for the service techs. that way they can do what their good at and leave as soon as possible.

I know someone that knows the person that operates this business. That is they were recommended by a friend. Sometimes Im a little weary about recommendations from friends of friends but, I must say they arrived in a company van, removed their gear in a professional manner, not taking up a lot of the area of the parking space and were very professional in their speed and quality. My carpet is now the way my wife and I like it again. Im sure that I will contact them in the future, the way my kids and pets are.

What could this company do to improve their services?
Pretty much what a cutomer would expect, fast, good and gone.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
Have your furniture and family out of the way. That way the workers can concentrate on their work and then get out of your way, so you can continue your busy schedule.

My business headquarters is literally a couple hundred feet away and I've never been in there till now. I needed to repair an area of about 120 sq ft at a near by retail store. Can't say the name of the store here but it's a well known womens clothing store. I usually go to a big chain store but thought I would give my local flooring store a chance. The stores rep. was very personable and willing to help me match what the clothing store needed. I would recommend this store for future customers in the area.

What could this company do to improve their services?
Its exactly what you'd expect from a good local outlet.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
If possible bring in a sample of what you want, that always speeds up the purchase and gaurantees you get what you want.

My wife and I were looking for outdoor furniture and didn't like what we found at the local "Home Depot" or "Lowes". We thought we would try "Patio Concepts" on the way home. We didn't find what we wanted but they were able to help us get it.

Have a bigger venue to orde from.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
Most of the merchandise was viewable without actually talking to someone but, the help is very willing to accomodate.

I went in to find some hard to find plumbing parts, slip fit "gator" fittings. the man, I belive jesse helped me gretaly. While I was finishing with him, we realized the cashier computers went down, he went and got every bar scan number for the items I wanted and wrote them down. This greatly helped me when I got to the cashier and checked out quickly.

Additional knowledgable staff. sometimes the staff doesn't know enough.

Wide selection of most everything.

San Dimas Ace Hardware

I was in the San Dimas area and found that I did not bring enough hardware for the job that I was about to do, fencing for a customer. The employees there were very helpful and I was able to find what I needed fast and for a fair price.

What could this company do to improve their services?
The only thing wrong with this stor was its size, although normal for a small hardware store it could be bigger for the location its in.

This store has pretty much all you need.
