She was friendly and got along as well with my Husky. Did a great job getting all of the dog hair up. I'm happy and will book again with this company.

I found Modern Air through a Groupon offering and after comparing prices with other companies found the Groupon offering was very competitively priced for the package. Plus I added on the dryer vent cleaning and boy does my dryer dry faster now. It was very easy and quick to book an appointment with the company. The service provided was excellent! They did a great job. I’ve had my vents cleaned by other companies since purchasing the home a few years ago but Modern Air cleaned the vents and ducts better than any other company. I know this because they found some Lego in the ducts that had been missed by the other company that could only have come from the previous owners of the home. They went above and beyond reconnecting some ducts that the previous owners had disconnected. Again the other company I had out did not even note this as an issue or concern. In addition I love that Rory drew with a black marker on my furnace the direction of air flow and wrote on the furnace filter the installation date of that filter. It’s helpful tips like this that will make it easier for me to install and replace filters appropriately. Thank you Modern Air for making it easier and cleaner to breath.

Last year I had James come and remove my old insulation, redo the venting in the attic/roof and replace the insulation. When James was at my home quoting out the job, he did a wonderful job of explaining my existing insulation situation and what options I had. He did not oversell, i.e. I did not need foam insulation. He did thermal imaging to show me problem spots in the home and explained to me that I needed to actually open up my soffits before doing the insulation work otherwise I would not get the benefits of the new insulation. On the day of, they did a fantastic job, even reinsulating the attic hatch and were clean, quick and courteous. I was so impressed with the time James took to explain the project to me and his quote was exact.
