We purchased an annual package for pest control through this company. I will not renew my package nor recommend this company to others looking to control pests in and around their home. I have been frustrated by the service since making this purchase. They charged my credit card without my authorization for a scheduled home visit that was part of my annual package (I didn't give them permission to keep my card on file). They do not return calls to book home visits or show up for scheduled visits. I called Abell to check for bed bugs after my daughter and I developed a rash that we were told looked like bed bugs. The inspector told us that he found bed bugs but did not provide proof. Just prior to spending thousands of dollars to treat our home for said bed bugs we decided to get a second opinion. The second opinion was far more professional and after a much more extensive search of our home, he did not find bed bugs. Six months later, we still do not have bed bugs.
