We purchased our kitchen countertops, sink and backsplash tile at Granite Edge. We dealt with Pan who was amazing, from our first visit to the store/showroom to installation and all our inquiries, emails and calls. She was so helpful and professional in guiding us and making recommendations, without being pushy. The appointments for digital measurements and installation were scheduled promptly and were on-time without delays or any issues. We received excellent service, product and workmanship at competitive prices. We would definitely come back in future, and highly recommend Granite Edge to others.

Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. We are very pleased with the quality of work and service provided by Titans. The sales person, office staff and work crew were knowledgeable, hard-working and professional. During the work, they were able to identify and correct workmanship issues previously caused by another contractor. Our thanks to the crew who worked a very long day during what was one of the hottest days of the year! It was a very positive experience dealing with Titans and we would highly recommend them.
