Three very polite and accommodating young men arrived on time and worked steadily. Their work was first rate and I am very pleased. They seem to take pride in their work.

Had to wait two months for replacement of a faulty door handle, but other than that I was pleased with the service, especially Morgan in the Ottawa store, who came out no less than three times on his own time after work in the evening to replace the handle and level the appliance. Thank you Morgan.
