We had used this firm on 3 prior occasion with good success. Fourth project has been a nightmare. We signed the contract 12/11/15 with the work to be completed within 60 days of the permit application. Permit awarded 1/29/15 and work still not complete as of 14AUG15. Owner Rich and Joao with no interest in customer satisfaction even with a repeat customer. All excuses no action. If you are thinking of dealing with them RUN!!!! If you are having work performed please do yourself a favor and get legal involvement quickly to make sure they meet deadlines. They used to be about integrity and performance but now they appear to be all about the money. Beware. Lots of pre deal smiles will turn into customer frustration
