In February I received a call from Spring Maters offering some of a landscaping business for a year for a reasonable price. I accepted it just as a preliminary future offer. Sometime in April I got a call asking to come next day for aeration. I requested from them do not come saying that I do not need that service (ground was wet through), and have received better offer from other contractor. So, I did not give permission to get on my property. Next day, when I came home, I found that someone came and provided canceled service. Next day was heavy rain, and when I came home I found mess on my grass (there was bunches of uprooted grass pulled out with rootballs from wet ground, clods of soil around), and clods and dirt on my parkway. Same picture I found on my backyard. I was so angry and was going to call the police. Later I was calmed down. In a few months I received a call from this people requesting to pay, and providing phone number (there was answering machine). Later I received a letter for payment. After contacting main office in Ottawa explaining that I did not give a permission to get on my property to provide a service, I received new letter from them requesting payment, saying that I accepted by phone their service in February. I definitely do not recommend that company to others. I do not like a cold call and pushing me in a service that I did not finally accept. Very poor communication between dispatcher and employees.

In 2009 on Sunday before Christmas I paid full price for dresser and mirror, including delivery. Got that furniture on Saturday. Next day during the assembling found that dresser has broken support under big drawer (big crack). Also a face panel of drawer was cracked. On Monday called Customer Service to replace Dresser. Answer wait for representative to check and confirm defect. Technician came on next Saturday, offered to fix that problem. Next visit he put glue. I was unsatisfied and requested to change. Later complained to Better Business Bureau. No results. In March 2010 finally Arrow refused to change dresser saying that glued crack even better than solid wood. So, I paid full price for new furniture, but got broken refurbished without any cash back. It is like you bought a new car and instead new you have got car repaired in body shop.
