While the 2 men who came to clean the ducts were very nice, they did not have the proper equipment. The truck they used was a brown van with a vacuum and not the typical duct cleaning truck with the proper suction to clean out the duct system in older homes. For weeks after the job we were inundated with debris and dust and a burning smell coming out of the ducts as well as a tennis ball rattling around which they would have found had they opened the register to clean it out in the first place. They also spend about 15 minutes in total at my home, while granted my home is not very large I believe that for $300 they should have taken more time and care. I called and complained and was told they would send someone over to finish the job, 6 months later I am still waiting. I would not recommend this company
