I required the company to pack my contents and move me. The sales rep was very pleasant and professional. The rates were very reasonable. The packing was a flat rate of 1400 and the move the next day, was hourly. The amount I paid was a bit less than estimated, which was welcomed news. My only complaint was the box labels. They were very large and lacked a description of contents, which made unpacking a nightmare, and resulted in an 8 out of 10 for this company.

I used Just junk when I lived at my former address in peel region, and was so pleased, I contacted them again. Because I was now in North York, I was referred to this branch. They provided same day service. I had downsized, so I had to get rid of a few things. They arrived when promised and removed the items in a timely fashion.

Ben and his partner did a fantastic job loading my junk in their truck. They took great care removing the very heavy items. They were very personable and professional. I highly recommend this company. Once moved, I used the service again, although I had to use a different branch since I moved to Toronto.

A definite 10 star rate is well deserved! 2 receptacles had to be changed. I contacted the Handyman Connection. The office staff listened to what needed to be done and arranged for the electrician to contact me. Within 1 business day an electrician called and arrived within 24 hours. It was a small easy job that was done within 90 mins. The hourly rate was more than fair and reasonable. I had used an electrician from another company several months ago, and their rate was $75/hr more. Payment: Although they did accept credit card payments, he said because the office was closed I should write a cheque, however, that cheque took 3 weeks before it showed up on my bank records. I can only assume with such a large company/several branches it likely takes a while for the office admins/accounting staff to process the payment.

I am getting my home ready to sell. I contacted Avenue Road Roofing and explained I needed a roof inspection and a small repair. The representative Cynthia took my call & assured me no job was too small. She was very helpful. I was then contacted by Kauko. Considering my roof is older, he was able to match the shingles. He completed the repair within 48 hours! He also followed up with me afterwards to let me know exactly what he did. I saw the completed work. It looks fantastic! I highly recommend Avenue Road Roofing, the staff is professional, caring, and their expertise made me feel confident I chose the right company.

I contacted Renato and he helped me to diagnose the trouble suggesting I change the batteries on my thermostat, in his words "I'm trying to save you money to prevent a service call". It wasn't the batteries, so he came out within 30 mins. All I needed was a new thermostat! Fast, easy, professional, and personable!!
