From our initial contact, Bob was professional and responsive. He was punctual when meeting us to review the property we were purchasing as investment, and provided a very thorough review of all areas of the home, allowing us to know the deficiencies (from minor to must do) within that visit. His written report was prompt, included photos and gives us a permanent record of the age of windows, roof, heating and cooling systems, etc. Since the inspection, we have contacted Bob for referrals to contractors numerous times with very prompt replies.
