Justin was our first contact with Hydro Flo who were the first to respond to our call for service (I had three plumbing companies on my list to call). Our basement floor drain had been backing up and getting worse. Justin arrived as scheduled and assessed the situation as a short cut laundry drain installation installed over 30 years ago that was now causing the problem. His suggestions for a proper repair were well considered and fairly estimated. Staff were prepared and courteous, the job was completed professionally and we now have a dry basement floor. Gratefully, Adam V.
