Carly and her team from Clear Cause Cleaners worked dilligently and tirelessly at performing a deep clean of my house after coming straight away from another lengthy job. They were very thorough, earnest and hard working. My house was a challenge, so I appreciate all your hard work. They not only did what I had asked, they went above and beyond and cleaned other items that required immediate attention. I had a lot of little projects that required addressing prior to list, so I preferred a one-stop shop that could handle a tight timeline with different contractor specialists to get the work done concurrently. Asif the Project Mgr came in to quote right away, was very easy to deal with, and very fair in his quotes. As the job progressed there were other items I added onto the list, and was again quoted fairly & immediately, and work ensued shortly after. There were 2 teams brought in: Team #1 for Landscaping & Painting; and Team #2 for Basement Reno. The first Team #1, completed Landscaping & Painting way ahead of schedule than originally anticipated - they were fast, and they were efficient - and did an excellent job. The second team however, albeit they got a head start vs the other team, were onsite earlier, on time and for a longer duration; I found this particular subcontractor's work to be slow, and sloppy in reno'ing the bsmt - but Asif remained in constant contact with me throughout and addressed any and all of my concerns, eventually bringing back the more efficient & experienced Team #1 crew to save the Basement project, finishing it off correctly and to a level I wanted. As a homeowner, I was very hands-on with these projects, so I appreciate their patience with me, along with their strong work ethic. Their customer service-based approach was top notch, and they were courteous, efficient, professional, very helpful, and delightful all around. Robert and David were extremely helpful and detail-oriented from their initial analysis of the issue, to the remediation of it. Robert went above and beyond in helping me manage the situation, and David went the extra step checking my roof insulation when they were on the job, to ensure this was clear as well, and even went the extra mile and offered to remove my basement carpeting, which also helped me address any potential mould issues beneath - thankfully, all they had to remediate were residual asbestos from piping in the house from the previous renovations performed. They were extremely clean, they were prompt, informative, thorough and professional. THANK YOU TEMPLAR!!!
