Outstanding service. I phoned Sande and he came to the house promptly the next day. He knew just how to solve the squirrel problem. I am very happy that I called him and I would recommend his company to anyone.

With the two year guarantee on our work, you can be sure you'll be squirrel free for more then two years. As long as no roofers come to remove the work I'm sure it will last the duration of the roof. Our old house at Pape and O'Connor was built in the 1920's. Due to galvanized pipes, the water pressure was terrible. Mike knew just what to do. He gave us an estimate in writing and completed the job with his crew in one day running new pipes from the meter to the 2nd floor. Now we have the best water pressure in East York. He also repaired our main stack and installed a new hot water tank. Amazing service. Aviv Plumbing rocks !
