We purchased a house downtown that we wanted to turn into a legal duplex. We hired Mark to draw up the plans and submit to the City. During the design process Mark was very patient and efficient. He also came up with some innovative ideas. The plans were submitted and were approved by the City without ANY changes. We highly recommend Mark. He is detail oriented; a very good communicator and was always ready and willing to answer our questions. It was a sheer pleasure to know him and work with him.

These guys are very reliable and prompt.. I found them using the homestars and was hoping they come thru as the previous users had positive feedback. They were professional and prompt. The project from satrt to end was handled very well. Thanks guys.

Excellent professional service. They were on time and delivered what they promised. Keep up the good work guys!.I have had this problem before and was disappointed with poor service from another service.

The whole project was handeled very professionaly from start to finish. Work was performed on time and with in the quoted budget. Installation was spotless. No complains whatsoever. I would use this service again and again.

We hired Oris and Co to look after our two home project from start to finish. At every stage of the process, they handled everything very professionally and on time. They were there when they said they will and that to me is tough to do in the construction business. They are currently giving finishing touches to one of the homes and I am sure they will be ready as soon as we are to finish the other side. Keep up the good work guys.
