Petra is very professional and accommodating. I had her and her team clean my new house before we moved in, before the cleaning she sent me a detailed list of everything that was to be done. We still had the painter touching up during the cleaning and Petra was great about it. Her team did an excellent job, the house looks and smells like a brand new place. I am very happy with the service and especially the ease and professionalism. I would definitely recommend Detailed Maids.

We had a birds nest in our dryer vent so I called Paul after finding his company on HomeStars. Our situation was unique because we live in a 4 storey town home and the dryer vent is at the 3rd storey which is much too high for us to reach. Paul sent out his team immediately and although they were challenged because of the height, he went out of his way to acquire the equipment to complete the job properly and safely, without incurring us any inconvenience or added cost. We decided to add the duct cleaning as well and we were very pleased with the team's professionalism and efficiency. My husband and I would highly recommend the Duct Cleaning Specialists :)
