We had a window replaced in our house. The window itself is very beautiful (Andersen), but the service was sup-par, in many respects. The installer (a family member) was really uninterested and did a terrible job installing the window. A company rep came to inspect it (upon our request) and went back and forth between being defensive and aggressive. Never again. A large component of the total cost is for installation -- I would expect that to be done near-flawlessly.
