Sam is a very nice guy, does nice work and goes out of his way to help make things right. His quote was reasonable and fair. He did a repair in our main bathroom that needed to be re-tiled in the shower area. Sam did a nice repair and tiling work was also nice. For this job it was Sam and a helper. For the en suite Sam did the work himself, except in a couple of instances where he needed help (installing shower base and glass shower door system) He completely renovated our en suite bathroom and it looks very nice and clean. He did a very nice tiling job. The reason for the 8/10 is due to two issues. One the main cabinet door is slightly warped (I know he got this from someone, but you will see shortly I can't get a hold of him). Two after about a month we had an issue with the pocket door that he installed. I reached out to him and got no response. After a week I tried again and still no response. (when he was working at our place he would respond in 5 -10 minutes). He says there is a one year warranty/guarantee on his work, just can't get in touch with him.

We found this company on Homestars and based on the good reviews decided to call. No regrets at all. We were very happy with The New Image Group shutters and blinds from start to finish. Ivano was very helpful, patient & knowledgeable. My shades came in on time and were installed perfectly by Ivano. A pleasure to deal with in all aspects of the process. From when we placed the call, this company was friendly and courteous. The repairman (Ryan) came on time , was very friendly and professional, and completed the repair quickly and to our satisfaction. Any time there is an issue, last case had a window and sliding door replace in the kitchen due to renovation. Protection Plus came out quickly and set up the alarm for us so we would continue to be safe.
