Everybody we spoke to about this product and company were very happy. we had a little delay with the power retractable awning we purchased being installed .But the installers impressed me with their problem solving and quality of work . I have been in the building trades for a number of years so I know that glitches some times occur ... The finished product is fabulous . looks great , works great . All in all service was good ... RHm
