Dan did an excellent job working with me to redesign the front landscape of our house. He came with ideas but also incorporated my ideas and suggestions into the design. Dan is responsive and easy to deal with. I have already recommended him to family and would not hesitate to recommend him to my real estate clients.

First of all, Andy made a full video and explained everything to me when he came out to do a quote in the summer. He is very personable and professional. This was a better experience than most or all of the other quotes I got. The contract was clear about what would be included in the job as well as the materials being used. He actually used heavier-duty material on one of the layers than was indicated on the contract! The contract was clear about what would be included in the job and what could be extra. He replaced some small areas of plywood and did not charge me for the extra! The only areas where I thought the experience could have been better was that he did not come the first date that we had booked. He did show up on the next date booked though. Also, communication could have been a bit better as several text messages and emails were not answered for days, if at all. However, he was still a better communicator than other contractors that I had to move on from, where communication was almost non-existent. I would gladly recommend Andy for a roofing job.
