Horrible company to deal with. Take forever to get back to you, lose your file, and then pretend like nothing is wrong. Took over 3 years to get insurance repairs done. Subcontractors had nothing nice to say about them. Subcontractor work was sometimes really good, sometimes really bad. Urban Siding made no effort to fix issues and insinuated that improper work that had been done by their people, was actually done by homeowner. All of the positive reviews for this company are written by employees and family of employees.
