I had my roof done in 2004 by Arrow Roofing. The price was good and they provided 10 years warranty. The roof was fine until last month I found water dripping from my front window after heavy rain. I called Arrow Roofing today at noon and Tony answered the call. He said he would come within a day or two to get it checked. End up he showed up at 6pm the same day. He realized I had my railing done recently and the shingles was ripped in order to install the new railing. Tony fixed the problem right away free of charge even though it was not his fault. He said if I find any problem again I should just give him a call. As I asked him how much it would cost to get my roof done, he honestly told me that it was still good for a few years. His attitude and professionalism amazed me. I have to write this review to show my appreciation!

The mould that built around our old wooden windows were bothering us for a few years. It was hard to get them cleaned so we wanted to replace them by vinyl windows. We got Terra Aluminium’s name from our skylight installer whom we trusted. We checked their website (http://www.terra-aluminum.com) on the internet. They claimed that their windows are Energy Star™ Rated, which guarantee the highest standards in energy efficiency. I called and asked for an estimate. Tony came the next day. As he looked around our house, he realized that our eavestroughs needed to be replaced too. He told us that they were also specialised in eavestroughs, soffit, facia, siding, and aluminium railings. Since we were thinking about replacing those also so we asked him for an estimate to install soffit, facia, eves and pipes with leaf guards all around the house. Tony was very honest and professional. The given price estimate was good so we decided to use them. We also asked them to install siding on our pool house. The installation crew were very nice. They completed the work in a very professional way and cleaned up very well after finishing the job. They even replaced the window of my pool house free when they found a crack on the window! Our pool house looks amazing now. The overall final results were so good that we got compliments from our neighbours. We are very happy with our new windows and the new look around the house. To be honest, we would highly recommend Terra Aluminum to anyone!

I wanted to have my skylight replaced since last year just didn't know which company to go for. I was also confused by the type of skylight to pick, plastic or glass! I was glad that I found Skylights Unlimited which provided excellent customer service and professional installation. Santo was very nice and he gave me good advise on the type to pick. The quote was clearly documented and price was good. My daughter was impressed by Denis' professionalism. The installation was done earlier than I expected. The installers were nice. The job was well done and site was left clean. I am very happy with the new skylight and would highly recommend Skylights Unlimited to anyone !!!
