Gabriele was a joy to work with. She is extremely professional. She is very upfront. From the start, the process, timeline, all costs, were explained. There were never any surprises. There is a lot that goes behind the scenes that I learned to appreciate with her. We renovated our powder and re decorated our basement. We were EXTREMELY pleased with all of it. Even when she shows a "preview" of what it will look like, things looked just 100 times better when they were finished. I would work again with her in a heart beat. She was very straight to the point when it came to business and super enthusiastic with our project. She works fast, is available when needed, communicates when necessary, her team of people are BEYOND phenomenal, from the contractors she suggests (general contractor, wall paper installer, plumber) to the photographer who came to take shoots from the finished product. Our spaces look completely, completely different. In both cases beyond our expectations. She works with high quality products. I found her pricing very "in tune" with the depth of work she does, her knowledge and professionalism. I hope I get to work with her soon again!!!
